Role Description
· Oversee site activities to ensure progress, quality, and compliance with contract requirements.
· Supervise and assist inspectors and HSE engineers in maintaining safety and quality standards.
· Verify site-related information and work progress quantities.
· Review construction documents (e.g., method statements, mobilization plans) and resolve site coordination issues.
· Represent the consultant during site visits, audits, and inspections in the absence of the Resident Engineer (RE).
· Conduct and participate in site quality inspections, including audits and hold/witness points.
· Ensure continuous supervision for the works carried out by the Contractor.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
· Minimum of 10 years of construction supervision experience, with 5 years in a similar role in the UAE.
· Expertise in site monitoring, quality assurance, and HSE practices.
· Strong knowledge of construction documentation and methodologies.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Experience in quality inspections and resolving site coordination issues.
