- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor progress; prepare weekly/monthly progress reports with graphs and critical path analysis
- Identify delays, deviations, and risks; recommend corrective actions to clients and management
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and validate schedule compliance
- Support delay analysis, claims assessment, and evaluation of variations
- Collaborate with project teams, clients, and contractors to ensure timely communication and effective coordination
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, reports, and supporting documentation for project audits and closeout
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Well versed in Primavera P6
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction
- Minimum of five years of experience in Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Candidate currently in UAE is mandatory

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Planning Engineer.
- Responsibilities include creating and managing project plans, monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules, and implementing project controls.
- The Planning Engineer will also perform data analysis and communicate updates to ensure the alignment of project goals with timelines and resources.
