About the Role
SDV Consulting Engineers is seeking a highly motivated Senior Structural Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi. The role involves analysis and design of RCC and steel structures using STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, PROKON, and IDEA StatiCa, as well as preparation of design calculations and technical reports.

- Provide structural solutions to site challenges
- Manage projects from concept and detailed design through Abu Dhabi authority approvals and construction support
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in steel industrial structures
- Proficiency in STAAD Pro, ETABS, and SAFE
- Experience with projects related to steel and industrial projects
- Candidate currently in UAE
- UAE experience strongly preferred
- Experience working in Abu Dhabi highly preferred
- Well versed with international codes (ACI, ASCE, ADIBC)
- Ability to review civil and structural shop drawings

Role Description
- Full time, on site position based in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Proficiency in STAAD Pro, ETABS, and SAFE mandatory.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in steel industrial structures; UAE experience strongly preferred.
- Engineering professional with 12+ years in analysis, design, and review of RCC and Steel Structures.
- Proven ability to manage projects from concept through Abu Dhabi authority approvals and construction support.
- Ability to review civil and structural shop drawings and calculations.
- Well versed with international codes (ACI, ASCE, ADIBC).
- Experience in consultancy with both steel and concrete design.
- Experience working in Abu Dhabi highly preferred.
- Experience with steel and industrial projects mandatory.
- Candidate currently in UAE mandatory.
