Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in steel industrial structures; UAE experience strongly preferred
- Strong background in factories, warehouses, powerplants or industrial facilities
- Strong exposure to industrial construction/structural steel projects
- Membership with RICS or equivalent highly desired
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Primavera, AutoCAD and cost control systems
- Excellent commercial, negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and suppliers
- Knowledge of international steel standards
- UAE driving license is mandatory
