Role Overview
The Construction Project Manager oversees construction projects from inception to completion.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, supervise contractors and site teams, and manage project resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Track milestones, monitor budgets and cost controls, and prepare status reports.
- Resolve on-site issues, lead project meetings, and maintain current documentation.
- Ensure work aligns with design specifications and contract requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Strong construction project management and construction management skills are required.
- Project management, project coordination, budgeting, and cost-control skills are required.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools, project documentation, and basic construction software is required.
- Communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities are required.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards, local building codes, and quality control practices is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
- Proven experience managing on-site construction projects is required, preferably in Jeddah or the broader region.
