- Lead and manage construction activities for steel structure and modular building projects
- Develop and implement project execution plans, construction schedules, and resource plans
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, specifications, and milestones
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, logistics, and quality teams
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee site mobilization, steel structure erection, modular unit installation, and commissioning
- Manage site supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and construction teams
- Ensure proper sequencing of construction activities to maximize productivity and minimize delays
- Review method statements, lifting plans, and installation procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews

Overview
- Seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in steel structures, pre engineered buildings (PEB), modular buildings, and off site construction projects.
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all construction activities from project initiation through completion.
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction activities for steel structure and modular building projects.
- Develop and implement project execution plans, construction schedules, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, specifications, and project milestones.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee site mobilization, steel structure erection, modular unit installation, and commissioning activities.
