- Plan, organize, and oversee all construction activities on assigned projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost control measures
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and monitor progress against milestones
- Supervise on site operations, conduct regular inspections, and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
- Lead and mentor construction teams, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Identify and mitigate project risks, develop contingency plans, and implement corrective actions
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian building codes, regulations, and local construction requirements
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, clients, and government authorities
- Analyze project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in construction management or site management on large scale projects
- Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, and budget management
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian building codes, regulations, and local construction practices
- Demonstrated proficiency with project management software, CAD applications, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic
- Comprehensive understanding of construction safety standards and risk management protocols
- Saudi National status
- Familiarity with Vision 2030 initiatives and sustainable construction practices (preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (preferred)
- OSHA or equivalent safety certification (preferred)
