Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for site execution on a high-rise building project in Dubai.
The role manages construction activities, site teams, and subcontractors while ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily construction activities from mobilisation through completion and handover.
- Lead site engineers, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and workforce.
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Monitor programme progress and implement recovery plans when required.
- Coordinate structural, architectural, façade, fit-out, and MEP works.
- Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and site logistics.
- Resolve construction, technical, and coordination issues.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, quality, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, authorities, and internal departments.
- Ensure UAE HSE and project quality compliance.
- Prepare progress, risk, and performance reports for senior management.
Qualification and Technical Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
