Role Overview
Lead architectural technical delivery during the construction phase as part of the in-house Design and Technical team.
Support high-rise, mixed-use, residential, commercial, and hospitality developments across the UAE.
Architectural Technical Delivery
- Lead preparation, review, and coordination of architectural shop drawings.
- Develop construction-ready architectural drawings, specifications, schedules, reports, and design documentation.
- Manage BIM models, resolve clashes, review IFC information, and identify practical construction solutions.
- Participate in value engineering, design optimization, risk identification, and architectural solution development.
Technical Coordination
- Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, landscape, interior design, façade, and infrastructure disciplines.
- Review consultant drawings, shop drawings, BIM models, and technical submissions for compliance and constructability.
- Resolve RFIs, technical queries, material approvals, and site-related architectural issues.
Project Delivery and Quality
- Deliver shop drawing packages according to project schedules and quality standards.
