- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders for smooth communication and progress updates.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports, site logs, and documentation to management.
- Lead and supervise the site team, promoting collaboration, efficiency, and accountability.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of construction experience
- Mandatory hands on experience in infrastructure works including roads & bridges
- Currently residing in the UAE

Role Description
- We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead and control all on site activities and subcontractors for major Roads and Bridges infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day site operations for infrastructure works and ensure all activities are executed according to approved plans, specifications, and project schedules.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labor involved in infrastructure construction to ensure efficient and optimal use of resources.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and site specific rules.
- Implement and enforce QA/QC procedures to ensure project standards are consistently met.
- Monitor site workmanship and material compliance with project specifications.
- Ensure all construction activities meet local and national regulatory requirements, including necessary permits and approvals.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and progress updates.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports, site logs, and documentation to management.
- Address and resolve issues that may affect progress, quality, or safety.
- Lead and supervise the site team, promoting collaboration, efficiency, and accountability.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure the workforce is aligned with project goals and safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of construction experience, with mandatory hands on experience in infrastructure works including roads & bridges.
