Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall site execution from mobilization through to project completion and handover
• Manage and coordinate all construction activities including civil, structural, architectural, and MEP interfaces
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and site engineers to ensure smooth project delivery
• Develop and implement construction execution plans, method statements, and recovery programs where required
• Monitor progress against project schedule and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Ensure strict compliance with
• HSE standards, quality requirements, and project specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, client representatives, and internal project stakeholders
• Manage resource planning including manpower, materials, and equipment
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met
• Lead site meetings, progress reporting, and coordination discussions
• Ensure timely completion of milestones and successful project handover

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in

Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

• Minimum
• 10–12 years of construction experience
• , with at least
• 5+ years in a Construction Manager is must
• Strong experience in
• high-rise buildings and luxury hotel developments
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects in the UAE or GCC region
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site execution practices
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and large subcontractor networks
• Strong understanding of authority regulations, approvals, and handover processes in the UAE
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced project environments
• ⭐ Preferred
• Experience in high-end or premium hospitality/residential developments
• Exposure to fast-track construction projects
• Professional certifications (PMP or equivalent) will be an advantage
