Role Overview
Serve as the overall lead for construction management across assigned hotel construction packages.
Align project packages, stakeholders, contractors, and supervision consultants for timely, safe, and quality delivery.
Report to the Programme Director and support senior management on operational matters, reports, and KPIs.
Construction Delivery
- Manage construction delivery across contractors and supervision teams, including resource utilization and milestone performance.
- Lead construction activities across assigned plots and assets.
- Represent the PMC as the client point of contact for construction and delivery progress.
- Approve execution plans, construction methodologies, and contractor phasing strategies.
- Review progress, cost, and risk reports and identify issues early.
- Conduct site visits and implement corrective actions as required.
Coordination and Governance
- Ensure compliance with the programme management plan, procedures, quality standards, HSE requirements, and regulatory obligations.
- Coordinate scopes, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and construction-related changes.
- Direct Senior Construction Managers, Construction Managers, and logistics teams.
