Role Overview
Deloitte’s Salesforce and Certinia practice helps professional services and SaaS organizations transform project delivery, resource management, time and expenses, billing, and revenue operations.
The senior consultant performs a role similar to a Certinia solution architect and provides product expertise and technical consulting experience.
Work Model
- The position is permanent and follows a hybrid work model.
- The primary listed location is Montréal, Québec, with additional locations across Canada, including Ottawa.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional and technical teams delivering Certinia transformations and ensure high-quality project outcomes.
- Build client stakeholder relationships and lead requirements and process-analysis workshops.
- Design solution architecture and configure, customize, and extend Certinia PSA.
- Evaluate third-party applications and deliver integrations between Salesforce modules and external systems.
- Translate business needs into developer specifications and support migration, testing, deployment, and go-live.
- Train end users and administrators, advise clients, and contribute to proposals, demonstrations, and internal knowledge.
