Job Purpose

  • The summit and industry talks programs will deliver high quality, relevant content aligned with portfolio needs. This includes developing and expanding programs across events by creating new ideas and topics and securing leading industry speakers.

Job Description

  • Produce industry relevant summit/conference and workshop programs
  • Manage the CPD accreditation for the programs delivered
  • Oversee onsite management of summit/conference and workshop programs at respective events
  • Brief and oversee temporary staff involved in onsite delivery
  • Determine the viability of proposed programs through research
  • Identify and liaise with key industry leaders, institutions and companies in relevant topic areas
  • Conduct effective research with relevant industry professionals and the target market
  • Develop research into attractive draft programs
  • Contact and confirm identified speakers; maintain regular communication with them
  • Maintain and build relationships to curate best in class summits/conferences and workshops
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote programs and speakers
  • Work with the related Directors and other team members to produce new ideas for content programmes

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Essential: 1 3 years’ experience in content production for B2B events
  • Ability to quickly develop a competent understanding of diverse topics
  • Strong networking and information gathering skills
  • Excellent multitasking abilities
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Desirable: Related industry/event knowledge
  • Business experience in the Middle East
  • Copywriting skills
  • Understanding of database marketing
