The Concrete Testing Technician, based in Caledon, Ontario, supports specialized projects across Central and Southern Ontario by performing field testing, inspection, and sampling of concrete and related materials. Reporting to the Quality Manager or Field Supervisor, this role is essential in ensuring compliance with quality standards across project sites.
Field inspection and testing of concrete.
Field testing to include sampling and coring of concrete.
Thermocouple temperature monitoring, installation and data collection.
Assist in proper care, control and maintenance of the testing equipment.
Follow all company and regulatory safety policies and procedures.
Complete field inspection reports and pour summaries as per company policies and/or contract requirements and advise supervisors plus site staff of any non-conformances and deviations.
Perform other duties as instructed.
