Job Summary
Cinemacity is seeking a proactive and efficient Concession Back Attendant to support daily operations across its newest luxury branch, featuring VIP lounges, premium members club, a bar, and café outlets.
The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth preparation, assembly, and restocking of all concession items while maintaining high standards of hygiene, organization, and luxury service.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting seamless front-of-house operations, assisting VIP and premium services, and ensuring that all back-of-house concession activities are executed quickly, accurately, and in alignment with the high-end expectations of our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, assemble, and restock concession items efficiently, including snacks, beverages, and café/bar orders
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of back-of-house concession areas
- Support VIP lounge and premium member services with prompt, discreet service
- Ensure all equipment is operational and follow proper handling and safety procedures
- Assist in inventory control and requisition of supplies to prevent shortages
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Adhere to all health, safety, and luxury service standards
Required Skills & Attributes
- Previous experience in luxury F&B or cinema concessions preferred
- Quick, efficient, and detail-oriented with ability to perform under pressure
- Understanding of high-end customer expectations and etiquette
- Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Physically capable of standing, lifting, and moving items as required in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus
- Experience in VIP or premium environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with café and bar operations is an advantage
- Fast, accurate preparation and restocking of concessions without errors
- Smooth operation of VIP and premium services required
- Positive feedback from supervisors and customers on efficiency and service quality
- Full compliance with hygiene, safety, and luxury service standards
