- Support Chef de Partie in daily execution of assigned kitchen section (Demi Chef de Partie)
- Support kitchen brigade in daily preparation and service, developing fundamental culinary skills (Commis Chef)
Requirements
- Experience in structured, high standard environments such as Michelin level
- Fine dining, à la carte, or chef driven concepts experience
- For Pizza Chef: ability to lead pizza section, dough management, technical pizza production
- For Chef de Partie: ability to manage a specific kitchen section with full ownership
- For Demi Chef de Partie: support Chef de Partie in daily execution
- For Commis Chef: support kitchen brigade in daily preparation and service

Job Summary
