- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
Requirements
- Experience in structured, high standard environments such as Michelin level or fine dining
- For Pizza Chef: experience in leading pizza section and dough management
- For Chef de Partie: ability to manage a specific kitchen section with full ownership
- For Demi Chef de Partie: support Chef de Partie in daily execution
- For Commis Chef: support kitchen brigade in daily preparation and service

Job Summary
- Cinemacity is seeking experienced chefs to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
- We’re building a dynamic kitchen team across our branches in Dubai & Abu Dhabi and are currently hiring: CDP | DCDP | Commi | Italian Pizza Chef.
Qualifications
- Candidates should have been exposed to structured, high standard environments such as Michelin level.
- Candidates with fine dining, à la carte, or chef driven concepts are welcome to apply.
Role Descriptions
- The Pizza Chef is responsible for leading the pizza section, ensuring consistent execution of high quality pizzas aligned with our Italian casual dining concept.
- The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a specific kitchen section with full ownership, ensuring the highest standards of preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- The Demi Chef de Partie supports the Chef de Partie in the daily execution of the assigned kitchen section.
- The Commis Chef supports the kitchen brigade in daily preparation and service, developing fundamental culinary skills.
