- Oversee organization's compliance with AML and CTF laws
- Develop and maintain AML/CTF policies, procedures, and controls
- Conduct regular internal reviews and audits of AML/CTF program
- Establish transaction monitoring systems to detect suspicious activities
- Review and investigate breaches, discrepancies, and irregular activities
- Prepare AML reports for management and file reports with authorities
- Ensure thorough client identification and verification
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and align policies
- Provide AML/CTF training to employees
- Maintain company's Internal Blacklist for AML/CFT
- Review and escalate suspicious activities to authorities
- Prepare and submit suspicious activity reports (SARs)
Requirements
- Degree qualified
- Minimum 5 years experience as compliance officer within corporate services industry
- DFSA experience is mandatory
- Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) mandatory
- Thorough knowledge of UAE/KSA tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Role Overview
- The Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) is responsible for ensuring full compliance with AML and CTF regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust AML/CTF policies, procedures, and controls.
- Conduct internal audits, monitor transactions, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the organization's compliance with applicable AML and CTF laws.
- Develop and maintain effective AML/CTF policies, procedures, and controls.
- Conducting regular internal reviews and audits.
- Establish robust transaction monitoring systems.
- Review and investigate all breaches, discrepancies and irregular activities.
- Prepare AML reports for management and file reports with authorities.
- Ensure thorough collection of client identification documents.
- Staying up to date with regulatory changes.
- Providing training to employees on AML/CTF regulations.
- Establish and maintain company's Internal Blacklist.
- Reviewing and escalating suspicious activities.
- Prepare and submit timely suspicious activity reports (SARs).
Requirements
- Degree qualified.
- Minimum 5 years experience as compliance officer within corporate services industry.
- DFSA experience is mandatory.
- Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist mandatory.
- Thorough knowledge of UAE/KSA tax laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
