- Assist in implementing and monitoring compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain compliance records, documentation, reports, and document control systems
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documents and coordinating audit activities
- Monitor compliance related activities and identify potential areas of non compliance
- Prepare periodic compliance reports and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Compliance Management or related compliance support role
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Management, or related field
- Knowledge of compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Experience in document control, compliance audits, and compliance reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Job Summary

Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Compliance Management or a related compliance support role.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in document control, compliance audits, and compliance reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
