The Company Nurse provides basic healthcare, first aid, emergency care, health monitoring, and medical support to employees.

Employment and Workplace

Healthcare Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and emergency medical treatment for employee illness or injury.
- Assess medical conditions and provide appropriate initial care.
- Monitor employees with medical conditions and provide necessary health support.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed or authorized.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and arrange emergency transportation when necessary.
Clinic and Records Management
- Manage the company clinic, first-aid room, medical supplies, and emergency equipment.
- Conduct basic checks including blood pressure, temperature, blood sugar, and weight.
- Maintain confidential employee medical records and health documentation.
- Prepare incident reports for workplace injuries and medical emergencies.
- Keep the medical and first-aid facility clean and organized.
Workplace Health Support
- Assist with pre-employment and periodic medical examinations where applicable.
- Support awareness programs covering hygiene, nutrition, diabetes, blood pressure, infectious disease prevention, and wellbeing.
- Monitor workplace health and safety conditions and report potential health risks.
- Participate in emergency response procedures and workplace accident investigations.
- Coordinate with HR and HSE on employee health-related matters.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
- A valid nursing license from the relevant health authority is required.
- Basic Life Support and First Aid certification are required.
- Knowledge of occupational health and workplace safety practices is required.
- Previous Company Nurse, Occupational Health Nurse, Clinic Nurse, or Registered Nurse experience is preferred.
- The source requests communication and interpersonal skills, including Hindi or Nepalese language ability.
- Full certificates, especially Qatar Prometric certification, are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is stated as up to QAR 1.00 per month.
