About the Role
Kayana is seeking a reliable and professional Driver to transport employees, visitors, and materials across Dubai. The role requires a valid UAE driving license, minimum 2 years of UAE driving experience, and strong knowledge of Dubai roads.

Responsibilities
- Safely transport employees, executives, visitors, and company representatives to designated locations.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are maintained in a clean and roadworthy condition.
- Ensure compliance with all UAE traffic laws and road safety regulations.
- Monitor fuel levels and arrange timely refueling when required.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs as needed.
- Deliver and collect company documents, packages, and materials.
- Support airport pickups, client visits, meetings, and other transportation requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, servicing, and fuel consumption.
- Ensure vehicle registration, insurance, and related documentation remain valid and up to date.
- Report accidents, traffic violations, vehicle issues, or maintenance concerns immediately.
- Assist with general operational and administrative support tasks when required.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a customer focused approach at all times.
Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of Dubai roads and surrounding Emirates
- Clean driving record
- Good communication skills in English
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Experience driving company executives or corporate staff is preferred
