Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat
- Proactively generate new leads via cold calling, outreach campaigns, referrals, and market research
- Qualify prospects, understand requirements, and communicate Kayana's value proposition
- Maintain pipeline and own the sales process from lead qualification to closing and handover
- Prepare quotations/proposals, follow up, and negotiate commercial terms
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Provide market feedback on customer needs and competitor insights
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual KPIs and sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/business development (B2B preferred)
- Proven ability to close inbound leads and build pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Comfortable working with targets and fast turnaround sales cycles
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales productivity platforms
