Important Work Arrangement Note

  • This role requires full time, on site work from Monday to Saturday (6 days a week).
  • Candidates should be comfortable with a fully office based setup, as remote or hybrid work is not available for this position.

About You

  • We are seeking an enthusiastic and results driven Business Development Associate (Spanish Speaker) to join our Dubai team.
  • This role is a mix of inbound and outbound sales: you will convert inbound enquiries while also proactively generating your own leads through outbound prospecting, outreach, and relationship building.
  • You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, engaging via phone, email, and live chat to understand their needs, qualify opportunities, and position the right Kayana solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert inbound enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp (if applicable), and live chat.
  • Proactively generate new leads (outbound) via cold calling, outreach campaigns, referrals, networking, and market research.
  • Qualify prospects, understand requirements, and communicate Kayana’s value proposition clearly and persuasively.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and own the sales process from lead qualification to closing and handover.
  • Prepare and share quotations/proposals, follow up consistently, and negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM (activities, pipeline stages, notes, and forecasts).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Customer Support, and Operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide market feedback (customer needs, objections, competitor insights) to support continuous improvement.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual KPIs and sales targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/business development (B2B preferred; telesales/inside sales is an advantage).
  • Proven ability to close inbound leads and build pipeline through outbound prospecting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills with a results driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working with targets, activity metrics (calls/emails/meetings), and fast turnaround sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales productivity platforms.
  • Strong organization, follow up discipline, and attention to detail.
  • Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is essential.

Compensation

  • Starting monthly salary at 8,000 AED per month
