The Role

We are looking for a Community Manager who is, first and foremost, a Content Creator.

This isn't a passive role behind a dashboard - it is a hands-on, high-energy position for someone who understands how to stop the scroll.

You will be the voice and the eye for multiple prestigious brands, responsible for both the strategic management of their communities and the literal creation of the content they see.

We need someone who can translate a brand’s soul into a 15-second Reel or a high-impact carousel.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Content Creation (core focus): Conceptualize, shoot, design and edit high-quality social-first content (video and stills) that aligns with specific brand aesthetics.
  • Multi-Brand Voice Management: Script and write "no-fluff," engaging copy in both Arabic and English for diverse sectors ranging from luxury beauty to major retail.
  • Community Building: High-level engagement management, including executing DM strategies, managing giveaway challenges, and fostering real-time conversations.
  • Trend Savvy: Identify emerging TikTok/Instagram trends and cultural shifts instantly, adapting them to fit our clients' sophisticated identities before the trend peaks.
  • Calendar Execution: Own the content pipeline from the initial ideation to the final post, ensuring every asset is polished and on-brand.

Who You Are

  • The Creative "Eye": You have a natural sense of framing, lighting, and pacing. You know what looks "premium" and what looks "filler."
  • Fluent & Sharp: You are professionally bilingual (Arabic/English) and can write copy that feels human, not corporate.
  • Technically Savvy: You are proficient with mobile editing tools (CapCut, Lightroom, etc.) and understand the nuances of platform algorithms.
  • Agile: You can switch between the "holistic" and "aesthetic" tone of a wellness brand to the fast-paced, high-energy vibe of a retail campaign without losing a beat.

Requirements

  • Portfolio Required: Applications without a portfolio or links to social accounts you have created content for will not be considered.
  • 1+ years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.
  • A proven track record of growing engagement through original content.
