About the Role
YKONE is seeking an International Assistant Project Manager Intern to support influencer marketing campaigns for Abu Dhabi. You will assist with influencer casting, outreach, content monitoring, and on-ground management.

- Assist with influencer casting, outreach, follow ups, negotiation, contracting, briefing, content monitoring, and reporting
- Contribute to benchmarks, digital trends, competitor analysis, and development of influencer guidelines
- Support hosting of influencers in Abu Dhabi, ensuring a seamless experience reflecting Abu Dhabi's culture and hospitality
- Maintain clear and structured reporting within the team to ensure smooth project flow
Requirements
- Initial experience with social media and/or influencers
- Strong interest in travel, tourism, and hospitality, particularly within UAE/GCC
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Arabic native speaker and fluent in English
- Proficiency in Google Suite is a plus

Your Mission
- Assist with influencer casting, outreach, follow ups, negotiation, contracting, briefing, content monitoring, and reporting.
- Contribute to benchmarks, digital trends, competitor analysis, and development of influencer guidelines.
- Support hosting of influencers in Abu Dhabi, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain clear and structured reporting within the team.
Work Experience & Education
- Ideally initial experience with social media and/or influencers.
- Strong interest in travel, tourism, and hospitality, particularly within UAE/GCC.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Previous exposure to project management is a plus.
- Arabic native speaker and fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Comfortable working in an international environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite is a plus.

- Strong understanding and appreciation of local culture.
The Opportunity
- Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- 6 month internship contract.
- AED 4,000 per month (full time).
- Hybrid setup: in office and on ground 4 days a week (Monday–Thursday), remote on Friday.
