- Address resident concerns, provide community related information, and ensure a positive service experience across all touchpoints
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new tenants
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls from residents, service provider coordination, vendors, and calls on behalf of community management
- Maintain call logs, complaint records, meeting notes, and ensure timely follow ups through the CRM system
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in customer facing roles within 5 star hotels, mixed use properties, or commercial environments
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing CRM systems (Monday.com, Shopify, Airtable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear English communication skills required
- Arabic language proficiency preferred

Job Description
- Customer Facing role throughout the day addressing resident concerns, providing community related information, and ensuring a positive service experience across all touchpoints.
- Assisting with onboarding and orientation of new tenants, ensuring smooth integration into the community.
- Handling all incoming and outgoing calls from residents, service provider coordination, vendors and calls on behalf of community management.
- Maintaining call logs, complaint records, meeting notes, and ensuring timely follow ups through the CRM system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in customer facing roles within 5 star hotels (preferred), mixed use properties such as co working spaces, or commercial environments including malls.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing CRM systems (Monday.com, Shopify, Airtable), ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Clear English communication skills required, with Arabic language proficiency preferred, along with a professional appearance and strong client interaction skills.
