• Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Communications Engineering Manager to join our Global Rail Systems team in Mississauga, Ontario location .
• In this role the ideal candidate is a results-driven engineering professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Key for this role will be the ability to work well in a team environment and develop/mentor staff. Candidates must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The following skills/experience is a plus

• RCDD certification
• CAD tools (AutoCAD/MicroStation), BIM tools (Civil 3D and REVIT)
• Analysis and modeling tools such as EASE, AXIS site designer, RF/microwave design software etc.
• Experience in field testing of Communications Systems
• Knowledge of current Cyber Security practices
• Project management experience
• Base salary range: $130,000 - $180,000
