About the Role
NMDC Energy is seeking a Commissioning Supervisor with extensive electrical commissioning experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, LNG, or marine projects. The role requires supervisory experience on offshore platforms and knowledge of LV/MV systems, PTW, LOTO, and SIMOPS.

Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical commissioning activities on offshore platforms
- Manage commissioning and start up processes for LV/MV systems
- Ensure compliance with offshore standards and company specifications
- Review single line diagrams, protection schematics, cable schedules, and vendor documentation
- Implement PTW, LOTO, and SIMOPS procedures
- Coordinate with project teams and ensure HSE compliance
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum 8–12 years of electrical commissioning experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, LNG, or marine projects
- Minimum 3–5 years in an offshore commissioning supervisory role
- Demonstrated experience with offshore platforms, jackets, topsides, FPSOs, offshore substations, or similar facilities
- Strong knowledge of commissioning and start up processes for LV/MV systems
- Familiarity with IEC/IEEE/NFPA and relevant offshore standards and company specifications
- Ability to read single line diagrams, protection schematics, cable schedules, and vendor documentation
- Experience with PTW, LOTO, SIMOPS, and offshore HSE practices
- Offshore medical, BOSIET/FOET, HUET, and other offshore survival certifications preferred or required
