About the Role
Doha Petroleum Construction Co. is seeking a Commissioning Engineer with 13-16 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects. The role involves pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities for onshore and offshore projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead pre commissioning, commissioning, and start up activities for onshore and offshore Oil & Gas projects
- Drive Mechanical Completion to Facility Handover, including dossier preparation
- Develop commissioning procedures, method statements, schedules, and performance testing plans
- Coordinate with EPC teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project milestones
- Provide HSSE leadership and ensure compliance with safety standards
Requirements
- 13–16 years’ experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects and operating plants (Onshore & Offshore)
- Expertise in Pre Commissioning, Commissioning & Start Up activities
- Multi discipline exposure: process & static equipment, compressors, PLC/control systems, Fire & Gas, UPS, HVAC, switchgears
- Strong knowledge of OPERCOM methodology and ICAPS / WinPCS completion systems
- Proven ability to drive Mechanical Completion to Facility Handover, including dossier preparation
- Experience in commissioning procedures, method statements, schedules & performance testing
- Effective coordination with EPC teams, vendors & clients; strong HSSE leadership and communication skills
