Responsibilities
- Lead and execute pre commissioning, commissioning, and start up activities for electrical and multidisciplinary systems
- Review engineering and contractual documentation to ensure commissioning requirements are incorporated into the project design
- Prepare and review commissioning procedures, method statements, execution plans, and schedules
- Manage mechanical completion through to facility handover using completion management systems
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and multidisciplinary teams throughout the commissioning phase
- Prepare commissioning progress reports, final dossiers, and handover documentation
- Ensure compliance with HSSE requirements and promote a strong safety culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
- Minimum 13–15 years of commissioning experience in Oil & Gas and/or Water Treatment projects
- Strong experience with electrical systems, switchgear, transformers, PMS, UPS, lighting, earthing, HVAC electrical, ICSS/DCS/PLC, F&G, rotating and static equipment, process and utility systems
- Hands on experience with OPERCOM methodology and completion management systems such as ICAPS or WinPCS
- Proven experience in mechanical completion, commissioning, performance testing, and facility handover
- Strong knowledge of commissioning documentation and dossier preparation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Electrical Commissioning Engineer / Commissioning Lead to join our team for a major Oil & Gas / Water Treatment project in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
