Role Overview
ZINN Catering Restaurants Management LLC is hiring a Commis Pastry Chef in Dubai through Hosco.
The role supports pastry preparation, cold-kitchen work, catering production, and kitchen inventory activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, and baked goods following standard recipes.
- Ensure products meet quality, freshness, and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Assist with stock rotation, labeling, and proper ingredient storage.
- Support catering orders and high-volume production when required.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu items and seasonal offerings.
- Manage inventory to help control production.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or Cold Kitchen Chef.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and cold-kitchen preparation.
- Excellent attention to detail and food presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
