- Assist in the preparation, baking, and presentation of all pastry and dessert items
- Ensure consistent quality and freshness of products served
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen in line with food safety standards
- Assist with inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
- Support senior chefs with new pastry and dessert creations
Requirements
- Creative and passionate about pastry, desserts, and customer service
- Able to work efficiently in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a true team player
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Pastry & Bakery is an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or high end pastry kitchen is preferred

What You Will Be Doing
- Assist in the preparation, baking, and presentation of all pastry and dessert items.
