Responsibilities
- Prepare food items in line with standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Support the day to day operations of your assigned kitchen section
- Ensure mise en place is prepared and organized for each shift
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety at all times
- Handle food storage, labeling, and stock rotation correctly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within an international environment
- Basic understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
- Comfortable communicating in English; additional languages are a plus

The Team
- Work alongside a passionate group of chefs dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Report directly to the Junior Sous Chef and collaborate closely with fellow kitchen associates.
Your Role
- Play an important role in bringing culinary experiences to life.
- Support the kitchen team by preparing high quality dishes while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and efficiency.
- Contribute to creating memorable dining moments for guests.
