The role supports the preparation of high-quality meals across multiple cuisines.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and cooking Arabic, Oriental, and international dishes.
- Support chefs with mise en place and daily preparation work.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned kitchen areas.
- Follow food safety standards and portion control guidelines.
- Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality meals on time.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering.
- Practical knowledge of hot kitchen operations.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Commitment to food quality, safety, and hygiene.
