Back-of-house responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, specifications, and quality standards.
- Ensure consistent food presentation that meets company standards.
- Maintain clean and organized kitchen workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, health, safety, and company procedures.
- Receive, store, and rotate stock using FIFO principles.
- Monitor inventory and report shortages or wastage.
- Support kitchen operations during busy service periods.
- Handle and store ingredients and prepared food items properly.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams.
