- We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Commis – Burgers to join our kitchen team.
- The candidate will assist in the preparation and cooking of burgers, sandwiches, and related menu items while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and kitchen standards.
- **Key Responsibilities:*** Prepare burger ingredients, sauces, patties, buns, and side items as per brand standards.
- Assist in cooking and assembling burgers according to recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure food preparation and storage areas are clean and hygienic at all times.
- Follow FIFO, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Support senior chefs during busy operations and peak hours.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Maintain consistency in food quality and portion control.
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen deliveries properly.
- Follow all company policies and kitchen operational standards.
- **Requirements:*** Previous experience in burger or fast-food kitchen operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexible with shifts and operational requirements.
- **Preferred Skills:*** Knowledge of grilling, frying, and burger assembly.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to multitask efficiently during rush hours.
