Key Accountabilities
- Support the Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations.
- Follow menu specifications provided by the Sous Chef or Chef de Partie.
- Keep the work area clean and hygienic according to cafe standards.
- Control food stock and food cost in the assigned section.
- Prepare daily mise en place and food production across different kitchen sections.
- Follow instructions from immediate superiors to complete daily tasks.
- Maintain consistent quality and stay current with new products, recipes, and preparation techniques.
- Coordinate with other sections on requirements, cleanliness, wastage, and cost control.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Cookery experience in a commercial kitchen.
- Knowledge of safe food handling principles.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety guidelines, procedures, and responsibilities.
Performance Measures
- Compliance with standard recipe cards.
- Wait times within reasonable standards.
- Customer feedback.
Employment and Pay
- Full-time, permanent employment.
- Pay ranges from AED 2,500 to AED 3,300 per month.

- Work location is in person.
