Role Overview
The Account Executive Receivable manages accounts receivable and related financial data to maintain accurate records.
The role supports cash flow by preparing invoices, collecting payments, and maintaining customer relationships.
General Responsibilities
- Calculate, record, input, and process financial data accurately.
- Prepare, dispatch, and track customer invoices according to accounting procedures.
- Collect payments within agreed terms and manage outstanding balances.
- Review customer invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies with customers.
- Maintain customer accounts and process incoming payments promptly.
- Coordinate with operations to secure certifications and collect payments.
- Track advance payments and follow credit approval processes.
- Generate weekly debt-performance reports and share collection plans with management.
Requirements
- Ability to manage all facets of accounts receivable and maintain accurate financial records.
- Ability to prepare, review, and track accurate customer invoices.
- Ability to collect payments, manage outstanding balances, and resolve discrepancies with customers.
- Ability to coordinate with operations to secure certifications and customer payments.
- Ability to prepare weekly debt-performance reports and collection plans for management.
