Responsibilities
- Screen new, existing, and vacating tenants for payments and arrears
- Full responsibility for managing assigned properties
- Prepare monthly invoicing, reports, and occupancy reports for landlords
- Act as single point of contact for clients on day to day property matters
- Carry out regular inspections of assigned properties
- Coordinate maintenance requirements with Facilities Management Team
- Enforce terms of rental agreements, lease renewals, and rent reviews
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Minimize rental arrears and bad debt
- Prepare annual budgets, analyze and correct budget variances
- Manage and increase occupancy of assigned properties
- Liaise with third party consultants like brokers and insurance companies
Requirements
- Educated to bachelor's degree and/or equivalent
- At least 3 years hands on property management experience
- Excellent knowledge and experience of relevant legislation and procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of contracts and agreements
- Computer proficiency including MS Office and Excel
- Strong negotiation and customer service orientation skills
- Attention to detail
- Team work
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

The Role
- Working as part of the Property Management team, Property Manager is responsible for overall management of assigned properties within the portfolio.
- The role is to preserve and increase the value and integrity of the properties and to meet the financial objectives of the ownership and management.
- Achieved through an on site presence to ensure ease of processes and maximum visibility to tenants.
Key Responsibilities
