Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial real estate within the Dubai market
- Strong knowledge of commercial property sales and leasing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target driven with a proven ability to close deals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English
- UAE driving licence is preferred

Job Description
- Preview Properties LLC is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai.
- We are seeking a motivated sales professional with a strong understanding of the commercial real estate market and a passion for delivering exceptional service to investors, business owners, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties, including offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and commercial land.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with property owners, investors, and corporate clients.
- Negotiate commercial property transactions and close deals successfully.
- Stay updated on Dubai's commercial real estate market, pricing trends, and investment opportunities.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial real estate within the Dubai market.
