- Collaborate closely with global and regional functions to ensure seamless execution and an optimal customer experience
- Champion operational excellence through process optimization and continuous improvement across commercial operations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles, ideally within medical devices, regulatory services, or quality assurance environments
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, delivering commercial targets, and leading successful business operations
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to build, manage, and develop high performing international teams
- Deep commercial acumen combined with strategic thinking and a customer centric mindset
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning within a complex, multi market environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior executives
- Solid understanding of industry dynamics within regulated sectors such as medical devices or healthcare related services
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
