The Commercial Manager leads Kliq’s commercial lifecycle in the Saudi market.
The role covers revenue growth, brand acquisition, creator network expansion, campaign operations, and client success.
Brand Acquisition and Revenue Growth
- Develop outbound and inbound sales strategies to acquire brand and agency clients across KSA.
- Drive prospecting, pitching, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
- Oversee pricing strategies, revenue forecasting, and commercial deal structures.
- Organize platform demos, industry activations, and brand workshops to convert key accounts.
Creator Acquisition and Community
- Oversee creator onboarding and build a diverse roster of Saudi and regional talent.
- Connect creator community growth with brand campaign demand and sales success.
- Manage creator engagement, retention metrics, and community initiatives.
Client Success and Campaign Operations
- Lead client success and account management to support campaign execution and repeat retention.
- Oversee campaign operations and align brand objectives with creator deliverables.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and ROI reports.
Team Leadership and Startup Operations
- Handle direct execution while building scalable commercial processes.
- Mentor and grow commercial, account management, and creator operations teams.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing, media, PR, or digital agencies.
- Experience acquiring enterprise or SMB brand accounts and managing Saudi client relationships.
- Experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or MarTech/SaaS solutions.
- Relationships with brands, media agencies, and creators across the GCC.
- Experience managing business development, client success, operations, sales pipelines, campaign KPIs, and pricing structures.
- Professional or native fluency in Arabic and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
