Our Client

The Role

  • The Commercial Manager will oversee commercial activities across sales, business development, customer management, and contract negotiations.
  • Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will identify opportunities to improve commercial performance while ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies that support business growth.
  • Manage key customer relationships and commercial negotiations.
  • Evaluate commercial risks and opportunities across the business.
  • Lead pricing strategies and profitability analysis.
  • Monitor commercial performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Support tender submissions and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Finance on commercial planning and forecasting.
  • Build strong relationships with strategic partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Lead commercial reporting and executive presentations.
  • Support business expansion and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and mentor commercial team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of commercial management experience.
  • Strong understanding of contract management and commercial negotiations.
  • Experience managing strategic customer relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and financial acumen.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience preparing commercial business cases.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is considered an advantage.
