Role Overview
Provide commercial insights, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the Beauty Professionals, FMCG, and Wholesale divisions.
Support key business decisions through financial analysis and commercial performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales, volumes, margins, discounts, rebates, returns, product mix, and profitability.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports and variance analysis.
- Develop financial models, business cases, scenarios, and feasibility assessments.
- Evaluate customer agreements, rebates, marketing spend, and commercial initiatives.
- Identify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
- Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, variances, and business performance.
- Calculate commissions and review commercial contracts.
- Develop dashboards using Power BI and Qlik Sense and leverage SAP.
- Work closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Accounting, and IT teams.

Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience, as stated in the source job data.
