Responsibilities
- Support month end and year end closing activities, accruals, invoicing, and financial reporting
- Support VAT, tax, annual reporting, audits, and compliance requirements
- Maintain general ledger integrity through reconciliations, journal entries, and account reviews
- Review invoices and support cost allocation, accrual accounting, and intercompany recharge processes
- Monitor customer receivables, overdue balances, and collection activities
- Review blocked orders, credit limits, payment behavior, and customer master data
- Act as finance contact for customers regarding invoices, payments, statements, and order to cash inquiries
- Support partner rebate, incentive, and claimback programs
- Prepare and improve reports such as open orders, daily sales, customer performance, and sell out data
- Support regional sales teams with daily operations and commercial activities
Requirements
- Experience in accounting and commercial finance
- Knowledge of VAT, tax, and compliance requirements
- Experience with month end closing and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Role Overview
- We are looking for a Commercial Finance & Accounting Specialist to support financial accounting, commercial finance operations, and sales support activities across the Middle East and Africa region.
- The role acts as an interface between Finance, Sales, Operations, Shared Services, and external stakeholders.
- It combines accounting expertise with commercial and operational finance responsibilities to ensure accurate reporting, effective order to cash management, strong internal controls, and business support.
Key Responsibilities
