About the Role

- Generate and qualify sales leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Contact potential customers and support the scheduling of meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team
- Support outbound prospecting campaigns targeting French speaking markets
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in French and English
- Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support sales reporting and pipeline tracking
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, International Business, or a related field
- Fluency in French, both written and spoken, is required
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, International Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in French, both written and spoken, is required.
- Good command of English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Preferred: Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Preferred: Knowledge of lead generation and sales prospecting techniques.
- Preferred: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Preferred: Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
