About the Role

- Ability to design and deliver training programs using blended learning methodologies
- Excellent cross functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the MEA region preferred

Purpose
- The Commercial Education Manager MEA is responsible for developing and executing the regional commercial capability strategy to build a high performing, customer centric organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional commercial education and capability building strategy aligned to business priorities.
- Identify capability gaps and create annual learning plans supporting strategic growth initiatives.
- Design and deliver training programs on consultative selling, customer engagement, territory planning, negotiation, and product knowledge.
- Lead onboarding programs for new commercial employees and create structured development pathways.
- Partner with Marketing and Medical Affairs to ensure commercial teams are prepared for product launches.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to build a coaching culture and conduct field observations.
- Establish learning metrics and capability dashboards to monitor training effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial education, sales training, or capability development.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and commercial excellence frameworks.
- Ability to design and deliver training programs using blended learning methodologies.
- Excellent cross functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the MEA region preferred.
