Responsibilities
- Acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of customers for commercial credit card solutions
- Promote and sell commercial credit card solutions and value added services to corporate customers
- Support customers through application, documentation, approvals, onboarding, and activation
- Work closely with internal teams (credit, risk, operations, product) for smooth deal execution
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and KYC/AML standards
- Maintain accurate updates in CRM and sales tracking systems
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales approach
- Identify portfolio growth levers such as spend campaigns and cross sell opportunities
Requirements
- 4 6 years of experience in commercial/corporate cards, fintech, or payments
- Arabic language mandatory
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with corporates
- Commercial mindset with ability to identify and convert corporate opportunities

Role Overview
- Our client, a Global Cards & Payments firm, is engaged with a leading bank in the KSA region and is seeking to onboard a Commercial Card Sales Lead to support sales and relationship management across the full Corporate credit card lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Product & Solution Selling: Promote and sell Commercial credit card solutions and associated value added services to eligible Corporate customers and entrepreneurs.
- Clearly articulate corporate card value proposition, pricing, limits, repayment options, benefits, and eligibility requirements.
- Support customers through application, documentation, approvals coordination, onboarding, and activation of cardholders.
- Internal Coordination & Governance: Work closely with internal teams (credit, risk, operations, product, onboarding) to ensure smooth deal execution and turnaround times.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and KYC/AML standards for corporate onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM and sales tracking systems.
- Market & Portfolio Development: Stay informed on corporate market trends, competitor commercial / corporate card offerings, and small business customer needs.
- Identify portfolio growth levers (spend campaigns, onboarding journeys, activation calls, cross sell into additional cardholders / supplementary cards).
- Provide structured feedback to product and management teams to support continuous improvement.
Experience and Skills
- Experience in a local or regional bank, fintech, card issuer/acquirer, or payments organization.
- Prior exposure to Commercial/ Corporate cards, retail/Corporate lending concepts, underwriting basics, and Corporate onboarding/KYC processes.
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert corporate opportunities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present Corporate card value and simple business cases to business owners.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with Corporates.
- Arabic & English Speaker preferred.
