- Develop and implement product strategies and initiatives to meet client needs.
- Design innovative credit card products and features tailored to the segment.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to launch and promote new products.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the credit card portfolio, including profitability, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the portfolio and develop strategies to address them.
- Optimize pricing, fees, and rewards to maximize revenue and customer retention.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the credit card business.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships to increase market share.
- Implement marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new clients and increase card usage.
- Monitor and manage credit risk, fraud risk, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cards product management
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Role Overview
- Our client, a Global Cards & Payments firm, is engaged with a leading ecommerce player in the UAE and is seeking to onboard a Cards Product Manager to support the design, execution, commercialization, and post launch ramp up of spends for the client's co brand card in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Management: Develop and implement product strategies and initiatives to meet the needs of clients. Design innovative credit card products and features tailored to the segment. Collaborate with cross functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to launch and promote new product
- Portfolio Management: Monitor and analyze the performance of the credit card portfolio, including profitability, utilization, and customer satisfaction. Identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the portfolio and develop strategies to address them. Optimize pricing, fees, and rewards to maxim
- Scaling the Business: Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the credit card business. Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships to increase market share. Implement marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new clients and increase card usage.
- Risk Management: Monitor and manage credit risk, fraud risk, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to protect the business and customers.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including SME clients, partners, and regulatory authorities. Collaborate with sales teams to train and support them in promoting and selling SME credit card products.
Experience and skills
- 10+ years of experience in cards product management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
